The customer needs to confirm what final cut results need to get such as tomato chip, tomato paste, cube shape tomato. The customer needs to send us a picture and specify the size for checking. then our sales manager can confirm which machine is ok.

The customer needs to confirm how many size tomato need to be sorted. What capacity need to sort per hour. Our sales manager will choose the most suitable machine for the customer.

Tomato can be made into dehydrated tomato chips, tomato flakes, tomato powder and tomato sauce. Romiter Machinery provides a full line for this product.

1000kg fresh tomato, we can get around 250kg final tomato powder

Generally, we provide the manual book for all our machine, so the customer can learn how to use by the manual book. If a customer needs our company to arrange an engineer to the customer factory for installation instruction and training, we can arrange it. Customers need to bear all the costs include air ticket, accommodation, visa and salary USD100 per day each person.

We provide one year warranty for our machine. During this warranty year, if any parts go wrong, we can provide free parts to change. After one year, we can provide parts for our machine at the lowest cost.

Customer can check manual book first if can not solve. Customers can take some pictures or videos to send us. Our engineer will check and tell the customer how to solve it.
